WRIans participate in Philippine Youth Congress for IT

NAGA CITY --- WRI students of Metro Naga attended the Philippine Youth Congress in Information Technology, commonly known as the Y4iT (Youth for Information Technology).

It is an annual congress sponsored by the University of the Philippines Information Technology Development Center.

It was scheduled last the September 10-15, 2012, with its theme “IT is Power.”

Upon their arrival in Pasay, Cubao (from Bicol), they went to UP Diliman where they were billeted.

WRI participants were treated to inspiring talks from the speakers as they attended the second day of the event last September 11 which were all geared towards making them into productive members of the sector.
