Medrano Bags 3RD Place in Web Design Tilt

DAET, Camarines Norte ---Another WRIan brought success to the Colleges during the 2012 Skills Competition held at Agro Sports Complex, Daet, Camarines Norte on November 16, 2012. 

Regino B. Medrano, with his coach Melvin Roy D. Garbida, joined the event as representatives of WRI-Rinconada. 

Despite five other competitors from Cam. Norte (2), Albay (2) and  Sorsogon (1), Medrano did not fail to impress the judges during the evaluation, garnering 3rdplace at the conclusion of the competition. 

When asked about his thoughts during the competition, Medrano simply said, “During that day of Regional Skills Competition, I feel so normal.  I didn’t feel nervous because I know WRIans will support me in the event.” 

“So in the competition, I came to prove what I got and to face my opponents without fear of losing,” he added.
